Documents Required for Patta Transfer

பட்டா பெயர் மாற்றம் (Patta Transfer) செய்ய கீழ்க்கண்ட ஆவணங்கள் தேவைப்படும். Before you visit the taluk office, keep these documents ready — missing papers are the most common reason for delay in patta transfer.

• Registered sale deed copy
• Parent / link documents
• Latest Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
• Previous patta copy
• Aadhaar and address proof of buyer and seller
• Property tax receipt

For inheritance cases, you will also need:

• Death certificate
• Legal heir certificate
• Family member certificate
